
Since we can't very well eat sweets and treats all hours of the day I had to throw in something 'healthy'. Tonight's menu, grilled tofu stir-fry with spicy general tsao sauce. I served it over chow mein noodles with a special dressing of lemon juice, olive oil, and rice wine vinegar. I really like cooking one pot meals like this...super easy to make and super easy to clean up.
